What information do we collect? Apple may provide us with certain limited information about users who download our Application. Please refer to your agreement with Apple to learn more about the information that Apple provides to us.
We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us the means to do so. For example, if you’ve given us your email address, we may email you about your use of the Services. If you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate your preference by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you begin using our Services, we will ask you for your permission for the Application to access your camera, photos, and microphone on your mobile device so that you can create videos through our Services. Your User Materials and any videos that you create through our Services will only be saved on your local, installed copy of the Application. Stitchclip does not have access to your videos or User Materials that you store on the Application.
When do we disclose information? We will not disclose that information to any third party except as follows:
Business Transfers: We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, personal information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
Protection of Company and Others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Stitchclip, our employees, our users, or others.
Please be careful about including any personal information in your videos that you create with our Application. Keep in mind that if you share those videos with others, the information included in those videos will be publicly available.
We will protect personal information that we receive by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
